The digital portion of this website is a Photography and Video Store, not a Photography and Video service. All photography and Video are only offered in digital format and are not for resale. Digital products have a 24 hour window for cancelling and refund. The 

digital link is good for thirty days. All payments are due when order is placed.

 

The physical items offered can only be canceled prior to shipping. All items are inspected by the seller, any noted imperfections are included in the product description.

Claims /arbitration pertaining to any product (digital or physical) on this website shall

be settled between seller (Me) and customer (You) and never in a court of law. To be

clear, neither party, (seller or customer) can be sued.
