Vintage Federal Glass 145-5 Pattern Water Goblet Ribbed Bowl with Gray Floral Cut, vintage from the 1940s, measures 6 5/8" H by 3 1/4" diameter and were produced from 1938-1965. I found one small nick on the upper stem that can be seen with close expection but can not be felt, for old glass I think it can be categorized as good condition and a great addition to any collection.
